CHALLENGE

Revitalize the Gerber Baby Photo Search contest for 2026 after a two-year hiatus.

 

Identified an opportunity to evolve the focus from an individual child to the broader ecosystem of modern caregiving—reframing the "Gerber Baby" as the "Gerber Family." 

APPROACH

Originated the #ShowUsYourVillage concept and led the  campaign's creative direction.

Directed and produced the centerpiece teaser film end-to-end by developing narrative, sourcing copyright free footage, and implementing AI voice dubbing to build an emotional resonant story. Video guided team members to develop supporting press and social media assets.

OUTPUTS
A full-funnel creative system anchored by a cinematic campaign film mockup produced from concept through final cut. 

Included social assets optimized for Instagram Reels, a formal press release, and a comprehensive strategic pitch.
